CONVERTING

The most important activity of the company is the production of coated (with PE) and laminated (with HD film) food paper that are also used in large-scale retail trade.

Using the reels produced in the paper mill, the convertinig plant division provides the duplex , the printing and the resizing of paper.

In particular, RAIPAPER srl can realize:

  • Printing until 4 colours ;
  • Gramages from 35 to 200;
  • Papers with different whitenesses, coloured avana and paglia;
  • Central printing and in continous too;
  • Packaging in boxes and in plastic;
  • Rolls of small dimension, laminated or extruded, printed or not;
  • Rolls laminated or paper in sheets;
  • Personalized placemats for restaurants and pubs;
  • Personalyzed or generic printing (Raipaper has in this moment 700 different printings)
  • The sinergy between paper mill and converting permits us to give you all desired formats;
  • Stackable pallets from 30 to 150 boxes

PRODUCED PAPERS

All the products are certified as Food Contact Materials by special laboratories.
All materials that we use (glues, inks, film…) are “water based” and, pairing with HD plastic film, provide the suitability for “food-contact“.

The Raipaper converting works with: 7 flexography printing machines , 6 cutting machines for standard formats, 2 for special formats and 2 particular machines to pack the paper with shrink plastic film and one rewinder with width of 170 cm.
